Venue: We will be in the backyard of the Oddporium. Address info is on the main page of this site.
Transportation: Parking space is a little limited, so we do request that you carpool as much as possible. There is a small parking lot and space to park along the street, but this is a residential area, so we want to be as thoughtful as possible of those who use the space normally.
Access: There will be signs guiding you around the building and into the backyard, which is accessible without having to go through the building.
Dress code: Dressy casual attire. Not sure what that means? Check out this link!
Some things to keep in mind: We will be outside in the evening. It should be warm but not too hot (fingers crossed!). We have rented a tent in case of rain, but the weather prediction says sunny and in the high 60s for the day, so we are hopeful this will not be needed! There are also no paved paths once in the backyard, so please keep that in mind when choosing footwear.
Food: We will have hors d'oeuvres after the ceremony, followed by a buffet style dinner around 7. We will have several vegan options, as well as some gluten free options. Unfortunately, the gluten free options are a bit more limited and are mostly side dishes. Please feel free to bring anything of your own if this is a requirement for you, or reach out and I will be happy to try and arrange something.
Photos: We love that you are excited to share this special moment! However, we do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony itself. We will be having a photo op right at the beginning of the ceremony, but then after that we request that you leave it to the professionals! Of course, during the reception, feel free to take as many pics as you like!
Social Media: We would love if you waited until after the ceremony to post, as we'd rather have you present with us until then ;). During the reception or any time afterwards, you can post using the hashtag #LindeHop!
